Trained at Bradley University, I became a licensed clinical professional counselor in 2018. Throughout my career I have studied and practiced integrative therapy. Integrative therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about incorporating physical coping skills that engage the body to ease the mind. Examples of these physical coping skills are exercise, nutritional support, herbal and vitamin supplements, sound therapy, light therapy, and hot/cold therapy.
