Individual Whole Person Therapy

Some people need to explore how trauma has affected their health overall. Connections between childhood trauma and relationship patterns need to be made in order to see things clearly and make lasting change.

In adulthood trauma can catch us off guard such as health problems, accidents, death of loved ones, divorce, and job loss. All of those situations can leave us reeling trying to sort out our next steps.

Individual counseling can help you explore and process your emotions and find ways to help you move forward. The key to change is developing good habits. Those habits may include improving nutrition, focusing on movement, altering media consumption, reviewing relationships, and finding meaningful spiritual practices. Individual therapy is billable to insurance. It typically begins on a weekly basis can can last as little as a few months or continue for years depending on the client’s needs.

Integrative Mental Health Consultation

Rather than fully engage in traditional therapy some people just need some guidance to support their mental health through diet and daily habits.

This service is ideal for people who do not have the time or the inclination to delve into the past. Perhaps, you have already explored that and you just need to find some new ways of coping.

During an integrative mental health consultation we will explore coping skills that may be of personal interest to you. We will look at nutritional supports, dietary changes, various exercises, breathing techniques, sound therapy and light therapy.

This service is NOT billable through insurance. Typically consultations will include one or two 60-90 minute sessions depending on your personal needs.
